The U.S. Supreme Court Wednesday heard a dispute regarding whether the late Andy Warhol violated copyright law by creating a series of drawings based on a 1981 photograph of the musician Prince, taken by photographer Lynn Goldsmith. Paul Szynol, adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Law School, and a media attorney, broke down the case.
