Millions of Americans with past felony convictions are eligible to vote, as some states have restored voting rights for them. But a new analysis from The Marshall Project found that most formerly incarcerated people are not aware of that right. Nicole Lewis, a staff writer for The Marshall Project, joins CBSN to discuss.
