President Obama revealed Monday that the dozens of Special Operations troops he ordered into Syria are on the ground working with local forces fighting ISIS; During a performance at the Chicago Auditorium Theater of Roosevelt University last month, the jazz orchestra took a moment to celebrate the music onstage.
