Joe Biden is set to unveil his American Families Plan in a joint address to Congress this week. Part of that plan is expected to include a massive capital gains tax hike.

On Wall to Wall, Greta spoke with David Williams, President of the Taxpayers Protection Alliance, to discuss the impacts of such a large tax hike.
