Trump threatens more tariffs on China ahead of crucial meetings

The White House accuses China of moving trade talks “backwards” ahead of a crucial meeting this week. President Trump says negotiations are moving too slowly and threatens more tariffs that could cost Americans billions of dollars. China’s vice premier will be in Washington on Thursday, one day before the new tariffs on Chinese goods could take effect. Weijia Jiang reports.
