The U.S. and Russia pulled off a prisoner swap, despite worsening tensions between the two countries. Former U.S. Marine Trevor Reed, who has been held in Russia since 2019, was exchanged for a Russian pilot convicted on drug smuggling charges. Weijia Jiang has the details.
