Emergency rooms are struggling to handle a rising number of children and teens showing up in need of mental health care — and the crisis has only worsened since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Dr. Christopher Kang, president of the American College of Emergency Physicians, joined CBS News to talk more about the critical issue that was outlined in a joint policy statement by three medical associations.
