Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis gave an update Monday ahead of Hurricane Milton’s landfall, which is expected on Wednesday evening. DeSantis said that Florida residents on the entire Gulf Coast of the state should be ready if the hurricane does not make landfall where it is expected in the Tampa region. The governor said truckloads of supplies have already been sent to regions expected to be hit.
