Trump inauguration live updates: Incoming first family takes in fireworks show

President-elect Donald Trump and Melania Trump took in a fireworks display at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, on Saturday.

Together, they listened to a live performance by Christopher Macchio of “Hallelujah,” “Ave Maria,” “How Great Thou Art” and “God Bless America” while they held hands.

As he returned into the clubhouse, Trump did his signature dance close-up to cameras.

He was joined by his children Don Jr., Eric, Ivanka and Tiffany Trump. The event was held for donors, supporters and friends to kick off celebrations ahead of Inauguration Day on Monday.
