The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that former President Donald Trump is not eligible to hold public office and ordered the secretary of state to remove him from the state’s presidential primary ballot. The court ruled Trump is barred under the 14th Amendment for his actions on Jan. 6, 2021. Robert Costa reports.
