CNBC Make It caught up with cosplayers during the first day of the 2018 New York Comic Con in Javits Center to ask them a series of questions about their lifestyle. Questions ranged from, “What do you do for a living?” to “How much did your costume cost?” Characters, like Venom and Spider-Man, detail what they spent on their costumes while characters like Chun-Li and Han Solo share how much they make per year. Most of the characters really enjoy cosplay, but which one likes to splurge on dog beds? Watch the video above to find out.
