Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has replaced his defense minister, Oleksii Reznikov, saying the Ukraine war effort needed a “new approach.” The replacement comes as Zelenskyy continues a crackdown on corruption in government ministries, although Reznikov does not face charges.
