This morning, there’s a clearer picture of the damage left by Hurricane Helene. The storm is being blamed for at least 45 deaths across five states, and more than 3.8 million customers are without power from Florida to Ohio as the remnants of the storm move over Appalachia, bringing rain and catastrophic flash flooding.
