New CDC Director faces high distrust in agency

Dr. Mandy Cohen is the new CDC director after being the secretary of North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services. She says her priority is to gain the public’s trust in the agency again. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Jon Sanders,  with the John Locke Foundation , a free-marker think tank in Raleigh, North Carolina, who shares some insight into how she handled Covid.
