Family accuses GM of covering up deadly defect – CBS News

A family who settled with GM over a fatal crash linked to a faulty ignition switch is set to refile suit after discovering the company had previous knowledge of the ignition flaw. A lawyer for the family believes the settlement should be rescinded because a GM engineer perjured himself during sworn testimony in the case. Jeff Glor reports.
