NASA’s Artemis I moon mission has an official launch date.

On Wednesday, NASA announced the officially rescheduled launch for November 14th.

The flight has been delayed three times. The most recent delay was due to Hurricane Ian. The rocket had to be moved inside to protect it from the storm. NASA announced that they will only need to perform routine maintenance and will need to repair minor damage before the launch.

The long-awaited program will bring America back to the moon. This first crewless mission will see the Orion spacecraft orbit the moon before splashing down back on Earth on December 9th.
