Chicago Teachers Union Threatens To Axe Scholarship Tax Credit For Low-Income Students

Chicago students from low-income families would get the opportunity to attend private schools with help from a scholarship tax credit program. However, the President of the Chicago Teachers Union has other plans for where that money could be “better spent.” Senior Fellow at the American Federation for Children and Founder of ‘Black Minds Matter’ Denisha Allen joins Dana Alexa for discussion.
