Authorities confirmed at least 94 people died in the Surfside, Florida, condo collapse. Officials said they will not stop recovery efforts until they find and identify every victim. Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett told CBSN’s Tanya Rivero the building “should have never fallen down.”
