Following a three-day strike, 75,000 Kaiser Permanente healthcare workers returned to the job Saturday despite not reaching a new labor contract. This comes as the United Auto Workers expanded its own strike against the Big Three automakers. The workers are among millions of Americans feeling the sting of inflation. Elise Preston has more.
