President Biden sat down with both Republican and Democratic congressional leaders in the Oval Office Tuesday to discuss the debt ceiling. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said a deal is possible by week’s end, but that the two sides remain far apart. Ed O’Keefe reports from the White House.
