WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden plans to speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy on Sunday, a White house official said, a day after he held a conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on how to reduce tensions on the Ukraine-Russia border.
