Multiple sources have confirmed that all United States Agency for International Development overseas missions will be shut down and all staff members will be recalled by Friday. Maura Reap, former senior mental health and psychosocial support adviser for the USAID’s Bureau for Global Health, joins “The Daily Report” to discuss.
