Coalition Sues Biden Admin. to Block Construction of Offshore Wind Farm

President Biden fast-tracked approval for dozens of offshore wind farms. The Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow is suing to stop construction on the Virginia Offshore Wind Project because they say it endangers whales. The organization’s President, Craig Rucker joins One America’s Stella Escobedo to discuss the lawsuit.
