Wis. county sheriff expresses concern over voting system

A Wisconsin county sheriff has contacted the state’s Attorney General’s Office and the Wisconsin Elections Commission regarding concerns over how voters request an absentee ballot in the state. White House Correspondent Daniel Baldwin has more from Washington.
