Los Angeles — the nation’s second largest city — has not had an NFL team for 20 years, but by next season, it might have two. The owners of the San Diego Chargers, Saint Louis Rams, and Oakland Raiders are all considering such a move. Naturally, football fans in those cities are pretty upset. This week, the league held public hearings on the issue. John Blackstone reports.
