U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is said to be taking a more “proactive” position in the department. Recently, he met with Middle Eastern leaders in an attempt to resolve a regional dispute that has left Qatar under restrictive measures by its neighboring countries. CBS News’ State Department reporter Kylie Atwood joined “Red & Blue” to discuss Tillerson’s latest diplomacy efforts.
