Man crashed into barrier near Capitol and opens fire – CBS News

U.S. Capitol Police said a man driving a car struck a barrier near the U.S. Capitol early Sunday morning and opened fire before fatally shooting himself. No one else was hurt. CBS News Scott MacFarlane reports.
