Libya’s NOC declares force majeure on operations at El Sharara oilfield

CAIRO (Reuters) – Libya’s National Oil Company (NOC) declared force majeure on operations at El Sharara oil field, the company said in a statement late on Monday.

Libya’s NOC said oil production from Libya’s biggest oilfield will only restart after “alternative security arrangements”, the statement added.
