A new study from Stanford University showed that breast cancer patients who had lumpectomy surgery and radiation treatment survived as long as women who opted for a double mastectomy. Also, any low-carb or low-fat diet can help lose people weight, not just the popular ones, researchers say. Marlie Hall reports on the day’s top health stories.
