Officials on Monday updated New Yorkers and those visiting the city as former President Donald Trump will be arraigned there Tuesday. New York City Mayor Eric Adams said there had been “no specific, credible threats at this time,” but he warned “rabblerousers” planning to come to “control yourselves. New York City is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger.”
