President Joe Biden traveled Thursday to Surfside, Florida, to visit the site of the collapsed condo building as well as meet with the families of the victims as many are still trapped in the rubble. “They’re praying and pleading, that God, let there be a miracle. Let there be something happen with me that’s good,” Mr. Biden said. Watch his remarks.
