Americans battle with “Election Stress Disorder”

A recent study from the American Psychological Association found more than two-thirds of adults in the U.S. say the 2020 presidential election is a significant source of stress in their life. Some are calling it “Election Stress Disorder” and it can affect people physically, mentally and socially. Maryland based therapist CompassionPower founder Steven Stosny joins CBSN to offer advice on how to cope with the issue.
