Vice President Kamala Harris’ first international trip was delayed Sunday when Air Force 2 experienced a mechanical problem. Harris is headed to Guatemala, where she will speak with the country’s president about the ongoing increase in migrants crossing the U.S. border. Ed O’Keefe has the story.
