UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – United Nations children’s agency UNICEF said in a statement on Thursday its deputy director Justin Forsyth had resigned.

His resignation comes after Save the Children UK said concerns were raised in 2011 and 2015 about inappropriate comments and behavior Forsyth, when he was the charity’s chief executive officer, and reviews in both cases resulted in “unreserved apologies” to the women involved.
