Joe Biden’s pick for secretary of state is coming under fire regarding millions of Chinese dollars in donations, which have poured into the Penn Biden Center.

One America’s John Hines spoke with Paul Kamenar of the National and Legal Policy Center to understand why this poses a national security threat.
